O meglio, per il selfie con il quokka: in rete, infatti, spopolano gli scatti insieme al piccolo marsupiale. Chiss\u00e0 che tutta questa attenzione non sia utile per l\u2019animaletto che sembra sempre sorridere, che si sposta a piccoli balzi e che recentemente \u00e8 purtroppo finito nell\u2019elenco delle specie <strong>a rischio di estinzione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il quokka \u2013 in latino <em>Setonix brachyurus<\/em> o <em>gwaga<\/em> in nyungar, lingua degli aborigeni Noongar \u2013 \u00e8 un piccolo macropodide delle dimensioni di un grosso gatto che vive in una piccolissima area nel sud ovest dell\u2019Australia Occidentale. \u00c8 un marsupiale erbivoro, prevalentemente notturno e che appartiene alla stessa famiglia dei canguri. Si riproduce una sola volta l\u2019anno, dando vita ad un unico cucciolo.<\/p>\n<p>Il suo aspetto, unito al fatto che il quokka non sembra particolarmente intimorito dagli esseri umani, l\u2019ha reso celebre in tutto il Pianeta con l\u2019appellativo di <strong>\u201canimale pi\u00f9 felice del mondo\u201d<\/strong>.
